Warm up : 1 pull up + 1 MU + 1 bar dip MAX REPS

1 SET : 1 MU + 30 bar dips + 10 pull ups + 10 sec hold x3 + 5 pull ups + 5 sec hold x3 + 30 push ups

2 SET : 10 pull ups + 5 MU + 10 sec hold x3 + 5 pull ups + 1-5 MU + 15 bar dips + 30 push ups

3 SET : 5 sec hold x3 + 5 MU + 30 bar dips + 10 pull ups + 10sec hold x3 + 30 push ups + 10 pull ups
