Grilling Steaks on the George Foreman Indoor/Outdoor Grill
Because this is not a flame grill, I seared the beef shell steaks for about 2 1/2 minutes in herb-ed butter on each side to seal in the juices, and then I placed them on the grill with the vegetables on high for about 5 minutes on each side with the dome in place. I like my steak well done, thank you very much. The steaks were delicious. This grill is the best investment I’ve ever made. I’ve grilled steaks, pork chops, hamburgers, sausages, etc.. So far, I am very pleased and so is my family. Thanks George!
