Hario Ceramic Coffee Mill Skerton Review
Hario Ceramic Coffee Mill Skerton
I wanted to check out a higher capacity manual grinder. Why not try Hario, everything else they make is great. This one is much more durable than the porlex and is able to handle a much larger load of coffee at one time. I would have to say it a tough call between the porlex and hario skerton.

“The presence of antioxidants in coffee have been shown to prevent free radicals from causing cell damage, which could lead to cancer. Antioxidant levels vary depending on how the beans are roasted as well as for how long. Evidence suggests that roasted coffee has a stronger antioxidant effect than green coffee. Coffee is no longer thought to be a risk factor for coronary heart disease.”
